Aims & Objectives of Society

The main objects of the association shall be:

• To act as a Watchdog Association for the allottees/owners of the commercial building titled “GOMTI GANJ” constructed at Sector-J, Sushant Golf City, Sultanpur Road, Lucknow (hereinafter referred to as the BUILDING COMPLEX/PROJECT)
• To monitor and coordinate with the promoter/builder to ensure earliest completion of the building complex/project in accordance with the approved plans and due compliance of RERA norms and other statutory compliances.
• To be and to act as a representative of the allottees of the said building complex before Hon’ble U.P. RERA to safeguard/defend the interests of the allottees and also before any authority. Courts of Law and all other forums wherever considered appropriate.
• To prepare all such alternate plans and execute them to ensure construction of the building complex/project as deemed expedient/necessary in accordance with the applicable guidelines in this regard.
• To do all such lawful acts necessary or incidental or conducive to for the attainment of the main objects of the association.
